It has grooves on its surface, mainly for diabolo manufacturing enterprises. It has also launched one-way needle bearing of solid ferrule type, mainly for fitness equipment enterprises, and developed ultra-thin one-way needle bearing, mainly for precision machinery enterprises. Principle:


1. Slope and roller design


The single needle roller bearing of slope and roller type is basically composed of outer ring with inner diameter of cylinder type, inner ring with slope and a group of rollers that bear spring force and keep close contact with inner and outer rings. As long as the rotation of one raceway in its direction of motion has an impact on the other, this arrangement essentially ensures the immediacy of the surpassing speed and the immediate driving ability.

When used as a single needle roller bearing


The tapered roller type one-way bearing will be installed in such a way that the outer ring is used as the overrunning member. This is very important for high-speed overtaking. In the application of inner race overrunning, the centrifugal force acting on the roller will cause the overrunning speed to be limited.


When used as a check one-way bearing


Only one-way tapered roller bearing with inner ring rotation is suitable for lower speed. If the required speed is higher than the recommended speed, wedge type one-way bearing is recommended.


When used as an index unidirectional bearing


The outer ring is often regarded as a swinging element and the inner ring as a subordinate element. Otherwise, the inertia of roller and spring will lead to error, especially in high frequency indexing. The application of diluted lubricating oil and powerful spring provides the accuracy and quality of high-speed indexing.




2. Self locking angle


Wedge action mainly depends on wedge wedge and self-locking angle between inner and outer rings. The basic concept of wedge one-way bearing requires that the friction coefficient of wedge is related to the torque suddenly generated by inner ring in the driving direction, and the friction value must be greater than the tangent value of self-locking angle. If conditions are not safe, wedging will not occur.




The self-locking angle is determined by the structure of the wedge, and the points on the inner and outer rings are connected with the wedge respectively.




There is a very low initial self-locking angle in the design of wedge to ensure the absolute combination at the beginning. With the increase of torque, a radial force will be produced on the wedge, which can deflect the raceway of the wedge, causing the wedge to roll to a new position. The wedge is often designed to have a self-locking angle that can be gradually increased, just as it goes from the overrun position to the maximum load bearing position. A larger self-locking angle can reduce the radial force produced by the wedge, so as long as a larger torque is allowed to be transmitted within the requirements of elongation and Brinell hardness limit.
