The bearing capacity of the needle bearing is large, which is suitable for the supporting structure with limited installation size. The journal surface is hardened as the rolling surface, and the bearing is pressed into the seat hole with a press fit, so it is unnecessary to carry out axial positioning for it.

Before installation, the bearing shall be injected with proper amount of lubricating grease. Generally, BK type bearing shall not be lubricated again after assembly. It is used in the bearing with no protruding end of journal. The end face sealing plays a sealing role and can bear small axial movement.
