Roller bearing structure, installation and maintenance

Structure:


The bearing is a sealed structure, filled with grease, providing long-term effective lubrication, and the user can avoid lubrication. For the poor service conditions, the channel for supplementing lubricating grease can be designed to improve the service life of the bearing. Improper way can also cause roller bearing heating. Lubrication can reduce the wear in the movement of parts, ensure the accuracy of press and reduce energy consumption. Lubrication is divided into thin oil lubrication, thick oil lubrication, etc.


Composition of combined roller bearing

1) main roller

The main roller is the most important bearing body of a set of composite roller, which mainly bears the vertical load and impact load, and has strong impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. As the main roller is full loaded roller bearing, it can also be used as one-way bearing alone.



2) side roller

The side roller is the second bearing body in a set of composite roller, which mainly bears horizontal load, and also has strong impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The side roller is designed to be full needle roller without inner ring, and it is supported by a mandrel instead of inner ring and shaft head.



3) axle head

The shaft head is the part connecting the composite roller and the machine equipment. Generally, the shaft head is designed to be chamfered for easy installation. The shaft head can be directly welded on the equipment, or the shaft head can be welded on the connecting plate with a round hole, and then the connecting plate and the equipment are assembled.



4) cover plate

The function of the cover plate is to fix the side roller installed inside the shaft head and the main roller outside the shaft head together with nuts and screw glue at the end of the shaft head.




Installation:


1) clean the bearing with kerosene, press it into the bearing seat, fill the roller of the bearing outer ring with shell No.3 lithium base grease to two-thirds full, evenly smear it with clean hands, install the NTN bearing gland, and compress the bearing gland with the fastening bolt coated with bolt anti loose glue;

2) the bearing is a separable cylindrical roller bearing with inner and outer sleeve, and the inner sleeve of the bearing shall be set on the rotating shaft and in place;

3) install the bearing seat on the casing. If there is grease filling hole, it must be aligned with the position. Tighten the bearing seat with the fastening bolt coated with bolt locking glue;

4) the internal and external eccentric blocks are installed on the shaft and in place. If there is a shaft key, the shaft key shall be installed in the key slot and then the external eccentric block shall be installed. The shaft shall be installed on the shaft with a retaining ring.

5) tighten the fixed eccentric block fastening bolt, turn the adjustable eccentric block to the angle position before removal and tighten the fastening bolt. After the above assembly is completed, the rotating shaft shall have certain axial series movement;

6) fasten the protective covers on both ends of the vibration motor with screws.



Maintain:


Thin oil lubrication: it has the advantages of small internal friction coefficient, low energy consumption to overcome friction, good fluidity of thin oil, easy access to the friction surface of each lubrication point, good cooling effect, and can take away impurities adhering to the friction surface and metal particles generated by grinding. The disadvantage is that the oil film can't bear large unit pressure and has high requirements for sealing. High speed press usually adopts large flow of thin oil lubrication, which can take away the heat produced by each friction pair.
